Don’t worry! There is always a reason for this.

Your label is in charge of funding your royalty statement through Tone, but there are a number of reasons that you might not receive a payment for a given period. For example, there might have been an overpayment in the previous statement, there could be unrecouped costs, or your Tone account might not be fully set up yet.

If your Tone account is fully set up, we recommend contacting your label to find out why you have not received a payment.

In the meantime, your royalties won’t disappear, we promise! If you are owed a payment and are not paid after receiving a statement, these funds will roll over to your next royalty statement and be paid out with the next statement your label funds.
