We understand how valuable your royalty statements are and how frustrating it can be when you don't receive them when you expect to.

⚙️ How statements are published
Your label will publish statements on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis (please contact them directly to find out which one). Your royalty statements will appear in Tone after they have been calculated, reviewed, and approved by your label. If you aren't seeing a recent statement, it is usually due to one of the following:
- Reporting Delays: Sales data beyond the most recent period you see in Tone may not yet have been reported to your label by the streaming platforms or distributors.
- Processing Time: Your label may currently be in the process of calculating and auditing your royalty payments. This ensures that every cent is accounted for before the data is released to you.

- Automatic Alerts: You will be notified by email the moment a new statement is published and ready for you to view.
- No Manual Checking Required: You don't need to refresh your portal daily; we’ll let you know as soon as there is news!
