Your split is the percentage of a track or release's royalty income you're entitled to when it's shared with other collaborators — co-artists, producers, managers, or anyone else with a stake in that recording.

The short answer: Tone doesn't let payees set up, change, or request a split on their own. Splits are configured by your label as part of your contract setup, and any change has to go through them.

A split isn't just a number on your end — it's tied directly to how your label has structured the underlying contract(s) for a track or release. Setting one up (or changing one) means editing that contract setup, which only your label can do.
If you need a split set up, changed, or explained — for a new collaboration, a producer agreement, or anything similar — contact your label directly. They'll need to update the contract on their end before it will show up in your statements.
