💰 Accessing the Sales Tool
To get started, navigate to the Home page and click Sales in the top menu.
At the top of this page, you will see three primary tabs:
- Sales: Your primary workspace for uploads and management.
- Timeline: A visual tool for income tracking and reporting coverage.
- Sales Explorer: A deep-dive tool for analyzing raw sales data.
📋 Sales Statement List View
This view allows you to manage individual files and track their progress through the system.
Core Actions
- Upload Sales: Click this button to open a modal where you can drag and drop files or select them from your local computer.
- Review New Catalog from Sales: Use this button to manage any unmapped sales data found within your uploaded files.
- Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find specific files by File Name, Status, File Source, Upload Date, Report Date, or Net Amount.
- Sorting: You can sort the table by Status, Upload Date, File Source, or Report Date to organize your workflow.
Understanding the Data Columns
- File Name: The name of the uploaded statement.
- Status: Indicates the current stage of the file:
- Ready: Prepared for reporting.
- Processing: The system is currently reading the data.
- In Progress: Some tabs are mapped, but further action is required.
- Upload Date: When the file was added to Tone.
