💳 Navigating the Payments Page

This guide will walk you through managing and tracking your royalty payments within the Tone platform.

📍 Accessing the Payments Page

To view your financial history, navigate to the Payments section from the main dashboard.

1. Locate the side or top navigation menu.
2. Click on Payments.
3. You will be directed to a comprehensive table displaying all payments made on your company’s behalf.
4. If you are not seeing the Payments page in the navigation menu, your permissions will need to be upgraded. Please reach out to your company Admin and they can adjust this.

📊 Managing Your Payment Data

The Payments page acts as your central ledger. You can review specific details or export your data for external accounting.

• Exporting Records: To save a local copy of your history, click the Download Excel button in the top navigation bar. This will generate a file containing all records currently visible in your table.
• Tracking Status: Each entry in the table indicates whether a payment was successfully Sent or if it was Returned.

🔍 Understanding the Payment Table

Each row in the table provides specific data points to help you reconcile your accounts:

• Reference Number: The unique tracking ID for the specific transaction.
• Payment Date: The date the funds were processed.
• Payee: The individual or entity who received the payment.
