No worries, this is completely normal! There's often a bit of a delay between when your song gets streamed (i.e. the sale) and when distributors get that information from the streaming platforms. Once Tone receives the data, it'll show up on your Insights page after your label approves and publishes the royalty statement for that period.

If you're curious about the timing, you can download the sales information from your Insights page. The 'sales' column will give you a rough idea of when the sales were reported to your label. Just keep in mind that this isn't necessarily the exact date your song was streamed. We're always working on getting this information to you as quickly as possible!
