Have you activated your Tone account yet? You should have received an invitation email that looks like this:

• If you haven't set your password yet, that may be the reason you’re seeing an error message.To fix this: Just click on the "Activate your account" button in your invite email. We’ll guide you through creating a password to access your account for the first time.

🛡️ Password issues

Already set up your password but still can't get in? It happens to the best of us! You might be entering the wrong login info.

• To fix this: Hit the "Forgot password" button on our login page and we'll immediately send you an email with a link to reset it.

⚡ Quick login options

Got a Google or Microsoft email account? Great news! You can skip the password entry entirely.

• Simply click on the "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft" buttons for a quick and easy automatic login.
