- If you haven't set your password yet, that may be the reason youβre seeing an error message.To fix this: Just click on the "Activate your account" button in your invite email. Weβll guide you through creating a password to access your account for the first time.
π‘οΈ Password issues
Already set up your password but still can't get in? It happens to the best of us! You might be entering the wrong login info.
- To fix this: Hit the "Forgot password" button on our login page and we'll immediately send you an email with a link to reset it.

Got a Google or Microsoft email account? Great news! You can skip the password entry entirely.
- Simply click on the "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft" buttons for a quick and easy automatic login.
