Having trouble logging in? No worries! We're here to help you troubleshoot.

First things first!

Have you activated your Tone account yet? You should have received an invitation email that looks something like this:

If you haven't set your password, that might be the reason for the error message. No worries though! Just click on "Get started on Tone", and we'll guide you through creating a password to access your account.

Already set up your password but still can't get in? It happens to the best of us! You might be entering the wrong login info. Don't fret — just hit the "Forgot password" button on our login page (right here) and we'll send you an email with a link to reset it:

Got a Google or Microsoft email account? Great news! You can simply click on the "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft" buttons for a quick and easy automatic login.
