Your label is responsible for funding your royalty statements through Tone. If a payment wasn't triggered, it is usually due to one of the following:

  1. Check Your Setup: Ensure your bank and tax info are 100% complete. Learn how to set up your account here.
  2. Review the Statement: Look at the "New Balance" on your most recent statement. If it’s positive and you haven't been paid, proceed to step 3.
  3. Contact Your Label: If your account is verified and your balance is positive, reach out to your label to see if the statement has been funded yet.
