First of all, thank you for taking the time to set up your Tone account! We know that entering banking and tax details can be a chore, and we appreciate you getting it done.

🛡️ The Verification Process

Once you have submitted your banking and tax information, our Finance team needs to review it for security and compliance.

⚠️ If your information is rejected

If there are any issues with the details you provided (such as a name mismatch or an incorrect Tax ID), you will receive an email notifying you that your information was not approved.

If you receive a rejection email, please:

  1. Double-check your info: Log back into Tone and ensure everything matches your official bank records and tax filings.
  2. Resubmit: Correct any errors and hit submit again.
  3. Ask for help: If you aren't sure why it was rejected, contact [email protected] so we can identify the specific problem for you.
