Once you have submitted your banking and tax information, our Finance team needs to review it for security and compliance.
- Timeline: We typically verify information within 72 hours.
- Reminder Emails: Our system occasionally sends automated reminders. If you receive one within this 72-hour window, please feel free to ignore it—we are likely already working on your file!
⚠️ If your information is rejected
If there are any issues with the details you provided (such as a name mismatch or an incorrect Tax ID), you will receive an email notifying you that your information was not approved.

If you receive a rejection email, please:
- Double-check your info: Log back into Tone and ensure everything matches your official bank records and tax filings.
- Resubmit: Correct any errors and hit submit again.
- Ask for help: If you aren't sure why it was rejected, contact [email protected] so we can identify the specific problem for you.
