Here is how to use the Contract AI Analyzer and Contract Checker to streamline your contract entry process.

📄 Accessing the AI Tools

You can find the AI assistance tools within the Contracts and Catalog section.

1. Navigate to the Contract area.
2. Open the Details Panel for a specific contract.
3. Go to the Attachments section and upload your contract file (PDF or document).
4. Once uploaded, you will see two options: Contract AI Analyzer and Contract Checker.

🔍 Using the Contract AI Analyzer

The Analyzer scans your document for key royalty terms and directs you to the exact clauses you need.

• How to start: Click the Analyze Contract button.
• Background processing: The analysis takes about a couple of minutes. You can navigate to other parts of Tone while it’s processing; there’s no need to wait on the screen.
