📨 Finding Your Invitation

The labels we work with decide which of their clients receive an invitation to Tone, but we definitely think everyone should be invited! If you’re looking for your access link, here is how to find it.

🔍 Check your inbox

Before anything else, do a quick search in your email (and your spam folder!) to see if the invitation is already there.

• What to look for: The subject line usually mentions an invitation to join Tone.
• The Goal: Once you find it, simply click the "Activate your account" button within the email to get started. Then, you can find out what you need to do to set up your account here.

🏢 Contact your label

If you haven't received an invite yet, reach out to your label directly.

• Ask them: Have they created a Tone account for you yet?
• Timeline: Ask when you should expect the invitation to be triggered.

⚡ Troubleshooting a missing invite

If your label has already created your account but the email is nowhere to be found, you still have options:

• Instant Access: Go directly to our login page and click "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft." If your email matches what the label has on file, you'll get in instantly!
• Manual Refresh: If you don't use Google or Microsoft, contact us at [email protected] and we can trigger a brand-new invitation link for you.
