We recommend reviewing your statements before publishing them to your payees. You can follow the steps below to complete this review:

LabelHelpCenterStatementReview.mp4

  1. Navigate to “Royalties”
  2. Select the period that is ready to review (in the “Ready to action” section)
  3. Click on the “Statements Generated” tile.
  4. This page lists all the statements that were generated as part of this period, as well as a summary of the math used to get to the closing balance.
  5. There should be (1) statement for every one of your contracts.
    1. Did you sign any new artists or deals this period? If so, scan this list to verify there is a statement for that contract or artist.
  6. We recommend spot-checking a few statements during your review. You can use the search functionality in the “All contracts” dropdown or manually select the statement(s) you’d like to review.
  7. You can click on any statement to preview how it will look to the artist.
  8. If you need us to make any changes, click the “Request a correction” button and let us know what needs to be updated!
  9. You can also download a PDF or Excel version of the statement, if needed.
  10. To review the “Statement Summary Report” (a list of all statements in a spreadsheet format) or to download all statement details in a .zip file, click “Download Statements” on the “Statements Generated” page.
