๐ How to Access the Tool
- You can find the Unmapped Catalog tool from the Sales page, by clicking on the Review new catalog from sales button:

๐ Enhance the Data
Once in the tool, it will show you all tracks and all releases that are contained within your sales files that are not yet in the Toneโs catalog section. This will fill in any blank metadata fields โ Tone checks Spotify, Apple Music, and MusicBrainz and uses whichever source has a match. The page is limited to 200 items, so we'll pull in the top 200 unmapped items based on value, therefore very low rev generating tracks may not appear here.
To populate missing data fields:
- Select the items that you want to enhance, then click on the Enhance metadata button (previously labeled "Enhance with Spotify") and it will fetch those metadata items from whichever source has a match โ each result shows a View on Spotify / View on Apple Music / etc. link so you can confirm the source:

Tone Tip! After the new data has been pulled in, you can switch between the original and enhanced data by clicking on the Enhanced or Original toggles. If there are multiple items, you can also check the box to only show the enhanced data.
