Tone was designed with your whole team in mind — not just the team managing your royalties! And we’ve made it easy to add additional team members to your Tone instance:

Ready to add a colleague? It's a breeze! Just hop into the Tone app, click your company name in the top right corner, and select "Company Settings". There, simply pop in your new team member's email and job title into the form and hit "Set permissions".

In the pop-up, you can either "Enable All" permissions (if you want your new team mate to have full access) or cherry-pick the exact permissions they need. You’re in control.

Once you're happy with the settings, just hit that "Add Member" button and you're all set!

Your new team member will get a friendly email welcoming them to Tone.
