🔄 Managing Multiple Payee Profiles

If you work across different projects or entities, Tone makes it easy to manage everything under one login. If your account has access to more than one payee profile, you can navigate between them in seconds.

🖱️ How to switch profiles

You can move between different accounts without having to log out and back in:

• Locate the Payee Button: Look at the top right corner of your screen.
• Select Your Profile: Click the button to see a dropdown list of all profiles you have access to.
• Switch: Click the specific profile you want to view, and your dashboard will update immediately.

💳 Important: Payment & Tax Info

Please note that if you are the Admin of multiple payee profiles, payment and tax information must be added to each one individually.

• No Automatic Transfer: For security and accounting accuracy, sensitive financial data does not automatically transfer across profiles.
• Action Required: Ensure you have completed the "Payout" setup for every individual profile to avoid any delays in receiving your royalties.
